Webb Burners manufactured by Jackson Lumber Harvester Co. Inc. are suited for generating large quantities of heat for industrial processes, at substantially less cost per BTU than traditional oil- or gas-fired systems. Jackson manufactures a complete line of Webb Burners available in sizes up through 60 million BTU per hour.
There is no smoke, except when the fire is first lit, and there are no carbon monoxide, VOC, SOX or NOX emissions. The rapid combustion process allows quick response to changing process demands.
Webb Burners are lined with an excellent combination of refractories to assure best heat retention and long burner life. Stack and hot gas transfer ducts are lined with lightweight, high-temperature insulating refractory.
The control panel provides automatic modulation of firing rate based on process outlet temperature, or other appropriate process parameter, and monitors burner and process inlet temperatures for safety shutdown in case of temperature extremes. The Webb Burners’ controls are approved by all major insurance underwriters.
