Compared to the conventional rotating ring die design found in most mills, the fixed flat horizontal die is more durable and results in lower maintenance and lifecycle costs.
The ½-5 ton capacity of the HiTechAgro mills allow for greater operational flexibility and a more timely return on investment than the typical 3-15 ton mills. The pellet output can be varied by increasing or decreasing the feed level, and the mills can process 90 varieties of fibrous biomass and agricultural byproducts into 1/4″-5/8″ pellets.
